Jason is co-founder of Covenant Residential Development Services and focuses on daily management of operations, site selection, investments, capital markets, entitlement process, underwriting, and contract negotiation for all multi-family projects. Prior to joining Covenant Development, Jason served as Vice President of Investment Services for Transwestern where he handled disposition, acquisition and site selection of multi-family, office, retail and land properties for private and institutional clients. Provided capital market expertise and assisted in new business opportunities for Transwestern Development, Capital Markets and Investment Services groups. Prior to joining Transwestern, Jason held the position of Vice President of Grubb and Ellis Investment Sales and Tenant Representation Group. Jason began his career at CSG Investments, affiliate of Beal Bank. Jason was in the Valuation and Due Diligence Department, where he was involved in all closed loans as well as review of potential loans. There, he reviewed over 150 deals and over 400 properties across the nation. During his tenure at CSG/ Beal bank, CSG Investments funded more than $3 billion in closed loans.
Jason has completed over $370 million in development, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of commercial real estate assets.
